Grove Consultants are dedicated to providing unbiased
independent advice to improving testing in organisations.

Mark, Lloyd and Julie are highly experienced consultants who provide valuable advice to numerous companies throughout the world. These assignments cover many industries and sizes of organisations. Cumulatively they have nearly a century of IT and testing experience and been involved in different lifecycle models from traditional to agile.

Grove Consultants work with you to establish how to improve effectiveness and efficiency of testing within your projects and organisation. We treat each client as unique and therefore tailor each assignment to your needs. Assignments can therefore be short-term, long-term or addressed through individual mentoring.

Any consultancy assignment undertaken must show a good return on investment (ROI). And we will help our clients establish what this would be.

consultancyGrove Consultants are committed to helping organisations help themselves. To do this effectively we suggest investing in some long-term consultancy. Rather than working for prolonged periods of time we have found that the most effective way of helping organisations is to have “short bursts” of consultancy over a longer period of time.

An example of this would be to purchase 10 days consultancy and spread the consultancy over 3 months. This provides opportunity for us to work more closely with you, providing improvement suggestions and seeing those take effect on the next visit.

Grove Consultants offer as part of their consultancy arm a mentoring programme, helping individuals achieve their potential within your organisation.

Mentoring is a powerful personal development and empowerment tool. It is an effective way of helping people to progress in their careers and is becoming increasing popular as its potential is realised. It is a partnership between two people (mentor and mentee) normally working in a similar field or sharing similar experiences. It is a helpful relationship based upon mutual trust and respect Grove consultants have found that mentoring individuals to be one of the most effective ways to achieve the full potential of the individuals
